Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service team
- Receive your return authorization and shipping label
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship within 7 days of receiving authorization
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
